The WURST game of the season is upon us. The annual Wurst Bowl is set for 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6th at Cougar Stadium for the annual game between the New Braunfels Unicorns and Canyon Cougars.

Cougar Stadium is located on the campus of Canyon High School at 11510 Interstate 35 North Frontage Road. The Unicorns are coming a 48-0 win over Madison while the Cougars fell to Austin High School 45-35. The 2024 game will the 42nd all-time between the two teams. The Unicorns lead the series with 32 wins to 9 losses against their crosstown rival.

General admission tickets will be $4.00 for students and $8.00 for adults while reserved tickets are $10. Tickets for this event are digital only and cannot be printed.

Comal ISD has a clear bag policy.
