Mikayla Wilson has spent all four years of high school at NBHS, where she’s become a cornerstone of the Unicorn softball program and a respected leader.

As a four-year varsity starter, she has been a key member of the team, earning First Team All-District honors in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Her defensive skills were recognized as she won the Golden Glove award, and she has served as a team captain this year.

During her time with the Unicorns, Wilson has helped lead the team to a 6A District Championship and a run to the regional quarterfinals in 2023. She has also earned MVP honors at the 2024 Colorado Patriot Games with her summer club team.

In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Wilson has served as a leader within the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Wilson has signed her letter of intent to play Division I softball at Tarleton State University. She plans to major in Kinesiology and pursue a career as an exercise physiologist, combining her love of sports and science to help others reach their physical potential.

She is the daughter of Bridget and Michael Wilson.

Nolan Moore is also a standout student-athlete, as he has been a member of the varsity baseball team for three years. He also spent two years as a member of the NBHS football team.

Beyond athletics, Moore has been active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His commitment to serving others is evident through his volunteer work with the Heart of Hope and the Miracle League in San Antonio, where he has helped make sports accessible and joyful for children with disabilities. Additionally, he is a member of the Area Code Rangers select baseball club.

Looking ahead, Moore will continue his academic and athletic journey at Texas State University, where he plans to study Wildlife Biology and play collegiate baseball. His ultimate dream is to pursue a career in professional baseball, with hopes of becoming a game warden once his playing days come to an end.

He is the son of Bethany and Jody Moore.
