The New Braunfels High School Unicorns are playoff-bound and will host a bi-district round matchup against the Laredo Nixon Mustangs on Friday, November 14th, at Unicorn Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The Unicorns enter the postseason with an 8-2 overall record and 5-2 mark in district play. New Braunfels secured the No. 2 seed—and home-field advantage—with a little help from Boerne Champion, who defeated Pieper by seven points on Friday night.

Their first-round opponent, Laredo Nixon, finished the season 7-3 overall and 6-2 in district, earning the third-place playoff spot in their district.

Fans are encouraged to come out and fill Unicorn Stadium for what promises to be an exciting playoff atmosphere under the lights. Tickets can be purchased online at nbisd.org/tickets.
