Thursday and Friday night lights are back, and so are the Unicorns and Dragons! With ongoing construction at New Braunfels High School, parking at Unicorn Stadium will be limited this season. To make game day easy, NBISD is offering free shuttle rides from Oakwood Baptist Church getting fans straight to the action.

The shuttle service comes with a bonus: priority drop-off. Since the traditional home entrance will be closed this season, the home team shuttle will drop fans near the home side bleachers at the south endzone. Visiting fans will be dropped between the visiting stands and the baseball field.

“We want to make sure every fan can enjoy the excitement of game day as safely and smoothly as possible,” said NBISD Athletic Director Richard Mendoza. “The shuttle from Oakwood provides the safest and easiest way to get to the game.”

Shuttles will run from Oakwood Baptist Church, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Football Game Days

• Shuttles begin at 6:00 p.m. for both Unicorn and Dragon home games.

• Shuttles run before, during, and after the game.

• On-campus parking will require a longer walk from the parking lot off of Ohio Avenue to the entrance near the north endzone.
  

Wurst Bowl

The annual Wurst Bowl is expected to be the highest-attended game of the season. Please plan to arrive early to catch the shuttle and be in your seat by game time. To help with crowd flow, Comal ISD will also provide shuttle service for Cougar fans directly from Canyon High School.
