New Braunfels ISD Athletics is excited to announce the launch of a new Employee of the Month recognition program in collaboration with Staunch Traditional Outfitters – the Staunch Staff of the Month Award. Each month, two employees from each high school and middle school campus within the district will be honored for their outstanding contributions to NBISD Athletics.

As part of this recognition, each selected employee will receive a certificate of appreciation along with a custom NBISD Athletics hat provided by Staunch Traditional Outfitters.

On October 10th, NBISD Athletic Director Richard Mendoza and Assistant Athletic Director Russell Doege made surprise visits to each campus to personally present the awards. They were joined by the campus athletic coordinators – Oak Run Middle School: James Halatin and Natalie Tarpoff; New Braunfels Middle School: Hunter Harrison and Jessica Bourland; New Braunfels High School: Brad Molder and Kate Zora; and Long Creek High School: Adam Harvey and Amanda Balthun.
