New Braunfels ISD Athletics teamed up in the community during its annual service project at First United Methodist Church in New Braunfels on Saturday, September 27th.

Athletes from both New Braunfels High School and Long Creek High School came together to lend a helping hand, unloading 1,500 pumpkins for the church. Each year, First United hosts a pumpkin patch during the fall season, welcoming community members and families to enjoy seasonal activities.

By assisting with the pumpkin setup, NBISD athletes played a key role in getting the church ready for the many visitors expected throughout the season. This project reflects NBISD Athletics’ ongoing commitment to community service and giving back to the New Braunfels community.

The pumpkin patch will be open for families to visit this fall, offering a fun and festive experience for the whole community. More information can be found here.
