New Braunfels ISD is excited to welcome the community to two beloved back-to-school traditions: Meet the Dragons and Meet the Unicorns, both set for this August to kick off the new school year.

Meet the Dragons will be held on August 6th at 5 p.m. at New Braunfels Middle School. Last year’s festivities included food trucks, face painting, a dunk tank, and the  parade of student groups!

Later in the month, Meet the Unicorns will take place on August 20th at 7 p.m. at Unicorn Stadium. This long-standing tradition celebrates the students and programs of New Braunfels High School. The evening will include a parade featuring student organizations, athletic teams and more.

Both events are free and open to the public.
