Five talented singers from the Long Creek High School Dragon Choir showcased their skills  at the Region 11 Small School Choir (SSC) Pre-Area Auditions held at Canyon Lake High School on Saturday, November 16th. Competing against other singers from across the region, these students represented LCHS well.

Four earned spots in the Area Choir, advancing to the next round of auditions in January. There, they will compete for a place in the Texas Music Educators Association SSC All-State Mixed Choir. Additionally, one of the choir members from LCHS earned a sport as a first alternate for the area competition.
