The New Braunfels Lady Unicorn basketball team gave it their all at the Joe Filoteo Classic in Edinburg! Out of 32 teams, the Unicorns fought hard and finished in 2nd place. They made it all the way to the championship game, where they played a tough game but came up just short to San Antonio Lee by a score of 60-57.

Three Unicorns, Alyana McGarity, Ryler Wilson, and Yaniska Mestre Chamorro, were named to the all-tournament team.

Heading into a November 19th game against Navarro, the Lady Unicorns have won six of its last seven games and sit at 9-4 overall on the season.
