A total of 119 student-athletes representing 68 high schools across the region have been chosen to showcase their talent in this year’s All-Star Game, which will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the Alamodome. This year marks the 48th anniversary of the game, which will feature the area’s top senior players taking the field at 5:30 p.m., following the All-American Bowl kickoff at 12:30 p.m.

Reserved tickets for the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game will go on sale November 3 for $30. The game will also be broadcast live on The CW35 and San Antonio Sports Star 94.1 FM/1250 AM radio.

The San Antonio Sports All-Star Game highlights not only athletic talent but also character, perseverance, and leadership. Players selected often include those committed to top universities and those seeking to impress college scouts for potential scholarship opportunities. Last year, 67 participants signed to play college football, including 11 NCAA Division I athletes, with 106 named all-district and 9 earning MVP honors.

This year, Johnson High School’s head coach TP Miller will lead Team Blue, while Alex Franco from Southwest High School will coach Team White. Over 236 players were nominated by 83 high school coaches, emphasizing the depth of talent in the San Antonio area.

“A record number of schools nominated players for the game, highlighting the depth of talent in our area,” said Jenny Carnes, San Antonio Sports President & CEO. “Together with Valero, we are proud to host this game and celebrate Texas high school football and the power of sport. High school football is part of San Antonio’s DNA, and this year’s All-Star Game will be an exciting celebration of the city’s best young athletes.”
