The New Braunfels ISD Board of Trustees took the stage at Texas Association of School Administrators and the Texas Association of School Boards txEDCON 2025 to share how they strengthen their leadership through a unique approach—learning directly from the classroom. Trustees presented on the importance of visiting schools alongside district leadership, gaining valuable insight into teaching and learning that helps guide their decision-making at the board level.

Their dedication to strong governance and continuous growth is being noticed statewide. During the conference, the NBISD Board of Trustees was also honored as the Region 20 Honor Board, a recognition that highlights their commitment to student success and effective leadership.
