How do I become a Vendor?

All booth applications must be submitted electronically or by mail. You have two options for submitting your contract:

Email: Scan and email your completed contract to nbisdedfoundation@gmail.com

Vendor FAQs

Please note that booth spaces are limited, and the NBISD Education Foundation reserves the right to decline any application in order to ensure a diverse and well-balanced range of vendors and services for our attendees.

Additionally, the NBISD Education Foundation reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or remove any exhibit that, in its judgment, does not meet event guidelines or is deemed inappropriate for the audience or purpose of the Expo.

Due to the limited number of exhibitor spaces, the NBISD Education Foundation will assign all booth locations. Assignments will be made with consideration to ensure fair and balanced placement of similar vendors and service providers, helping to maintain a diverse and engaging experience for all attendees.

Each vendor will be provided with one 6’ x 2’ table and two chairs in their booth. You are welcome to rearrange them as needed within your booth space. If you require additional tables or seating, those are available for your use as needed at the Civic Center.

Your business name will be displayed on a sign hung on the back curtain of your booth. You are welcome to hang your own banner or utilize the provided sign.

If you require electricity, please denote that on your vendor application as well as notify us as soon as possible, as outlets are limited and booth placement depends on electrical needs. Please bring your own extension cords if you plan to plug in.

The Civic Center offers public Wi-Fi, available to all vendors during the event.

Spirit Wear Market

A Special Opportunity for PTAs & Booster Clubs

We’re excited to offer a Spirit Wear Market at this year’s NBISD Education Expo — a dedicated space where PTAs and booster clubs can showcase and sell their school spirit wear directly to over 1,600 NBISD staff members!

This is a free opportunity exclusively for NBISD-affiliated organizations to raise funds, promote school pride, and connect with the district community. Whether it’s t-shirts, hats, stickers, or other swag, this is your chance to get your school’s spirit gear into the hands of our amazing staff.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your spot early!

Spirit Wear Market Additional Information and FAQ

There is no charge for NBISD PTAs and Booster Clubs to participate in the Spirit Wear Market at the Education Expo.

In lieu of a fee, we kindly ask each participating group to donate one (1) large Unicorn or Dragon spirit shirt to the NBISD Education Foundation. These shirts will be included in raffle baskets and given away to lucky NBISD employees after the event. Please see the registration packet for more information.

Each participating PTA or Booster Club will be provided with one (1) table and a designated space in the garden rooms to showcase and sell your NBISD spirit merchandise to district employees.
It is the responsibility of each group to decorate and set up their table space in a way that best represents their campus and encourages engagement.
