Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and districtwide automation integration projects to include automated controls and remote access are planned for Memorial, County Line, Walnut Springs, Lone Star, Lamar, Seele, Carl Schurz, and Support Services. These upgrades are important to ensure efficiency of our heating and cooling systems and to so that the facilities team can access these systems remotely in the event of an emergency.

Roofing upgrades are being implemented at the Administration Center, Oak Run, Walnut Springs, Lamar, and Carl Schurz, ensuring the structural integrity of these facilities for years to come.

LED lighting replacements district wide are also included in the proposition. Interior refresh projects, like gym flooring and carpet replacements and renovations to front office areas, are planned for various locations, including DAEP, Oak Run, Lamar, Seele, and Carl Schurz. Window replacements at Carl Schurz, Lamar, Seele, and Lone Star are needed and planned for as well.

Infrastructure improvements to sidewalks and parking lots are planned at Oak Run, New Braunfels Middle School, and Voss Farms. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades are projected for Carl Schurz, Seele, Lamar, and Lone Star.
