Meet our District Techs!

Bill has been a technician since 2010. He loves what he does and you can catch him on help desk occasionally.

 

Elena started back in 2014 and has a strong love for Technology, her family and her new granddaughter!

 

Nathan joined our team back in 2014 and knows the ins and outs of both PC and MACs. 

 

Ivan is very knowledgeable and loves to help out when he can. He has been with us since 2016.

 

Tim is our newest technician and came to us in 2016. You can hear Tim's friendly voice at the helpdesk every few weeks.

Tips and Tricks!

  • A: To create a work order in Eduphoria, you will need to login with your username and password and follow the how to guide below:

    Creating a Work Order Guide

    *Remember your username is your full email address

  • A: Restart your computer. This should fix the problem, if not give us a call.
  • A: Try unplugging the dongle and plugging it back in. Sometimes the connection comes undone and this solves the issue quickly.
  • A: This could be a couple of things, but first check and make sure the blue ethernet cord is plugged in. Next try unplugging and plugging back in (from wall and back of the computer)

    If this does not resolve the issue, please call the helpdesk.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have access to reset passwords for iTCCS or Gradebook. Your campus PEIMS clerk should be able to get it reset for you.

  • A: Click HERE for instructions on how to update/change your security question answer.
